However, our premium sauna models, equipped with carbon infrared heaters and floor heating, provide almost instant warmth, for the best experience, it's recommended to switch on your sauna a few minutes before starting your session.

Most standard infrared saunas lack near infrared heat, which differs from far infrared as it's visible to the human eye, with shorter wavelengths ranging from 0.7 to 3 microns, presenting as a red or orange glow similar to a campfire.
Near infrared heat directly targets the body, penetrating up to 15 to 20 cm deep, reaching muscles, tissues, and organs. Our specially designed near infrared heaters maximise these benefits, enhancing our premium saunas beyond standard models.
